A reminder to all those going on the Ski Tour in February that Lidl will have ski gear from November 1st. It is recommended that student borrow as much gear as possible! Approx 40 5th yrs & 40 6th yrs went on ski tour over the last two years so there’s plenty of gear you can borrow.
Aldi will also have ski gear over the coming weeks as will Penny’s etc.
Ms Leo has told us that all travelling to France will need:
Ski pants
Ski jacket
Long sleeve tshirts (thermal if you have)
1 Warm fleece (Penneys have good ones that aren’t too expensive)
Ski socks (Penneys also have these for cheap)
Runners with a good grip (or ski boots-don’t buy ski boots as you will probably never again use them but if you have access to borrowing them, great)
Ski gloves
Ski goggles or sun glasses
Thin warm hat (for under helmet)
Warm fleece cowl (rather than scarf)
